Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Přední Výtoň

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! Thank you, Matthias, for the exceptional hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

This location is a real oasis of well-being, quiet and very tidy. The fireplace creates a warm beautiful atmosphere. It is really a perfect place to switch off and unwind. Communication with Marco was great and quick. Thank you Marco

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

This house was the perfect little getaway for us! It is super cozy and has beautiful views. Our dog also absolutely loved it because of the large fenced in garden 🐾

We really liked the accommodation in the rural, quiet area. There is plenty of space, both in the apartment and in the garden and everything very well maintained. Gerlinde was always friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back.

Claudia's little yard is really wonderful - especially if you have a child with you. Our little one was allowed to move freely and pet all the small animals - she loved it! The guest room with fully equipped kitchen is very nice, the room is open plan, so there is no spatial separation between kitchen and sleeping area. We were fine, but you have to know! The bathroom is once over the yard in the main building, the shower is great! Internet sometimes worked, but sometimes not, Claudia is there to get a booster. Bed linen and towels cost extra, in addition to the tourist fee, so it is best to ask for the final price per night beforehand, only the base price is listed here. We found it very nice at the Harmony Ranch! Thanks Claudia

We felt very comfortable as guests and were very warmly received by the hosts. The apartment is well equipped and located directly on the forest - a relaxing and idyllic place! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

Lenka's apartment was perfect for our stay; we had no idea how convenient it would turn out to be. It is a 5-min walk from the shuttle drop off spot (they are not permitted in the pedestrian zone). This is particularly important when considering managing luggage on cobblestone streets. There are several little grocery stores, bakeries, shops, restaurants, museum all within 1-2 minutes from the apartment. There are steep, squeaky winding steps up to the apartment. The unit is very spacious and pristine clean. The kitchen is well stocked (pots/pans, tableware, utensils, etc.). Having a dishwasher, washer AND dryer were great. As others mentioned, the bathtub can be tricky to get in/out of, because it is so deep. Also, the faucet/shower head handle are made of copper, and the hot water really heats them up, so it's best to regulate the hot/cold water prior to picking up the handle or putting it back in its cradle. Lenka was very responsive and communicative. We highly recommend!

The place was great! Especially the sauna is a highlight and the property is very well equipped for large groups.

A super cozy house in a beautiful location on the edge of the small village of Karlstift. The furnishings are very complete without a lot of unnecessary stuff. We did not see the landlords in person, but communication via app and phone went smoothly. The ski lift is really right in front of the house, unfortunately there was no snow - which was not so bad as there were not too far away slopes with artificial snow.

The Waldnest is a beautiful cottage in the Bavarian Forest for a wonderfully quiet weekend for two. Everything is as shown in the pictures, beautiful excursion destinations and a great view. Above all, the perfect information in advance makes arriving totally straightforward. Thanks very much for everything!

Cozy, quaint and lovingly furnished farmhouse. Comfortable beds. Very accommodating hostess. Directly across the street there is a good Bavarian place (open Thursday to Sunday). Perfect starting point for trips to the Bavarian Forest.

It was a short, but excellent stay. Quiet, picturesque surrounding, cozy home - what else to you need for a family vacation?

You can't ask for better hosts. Friendly and very helpful, always responsive and with great tips, otherwise reserved. The house is great. In principle, dining rooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom are in a large room but still all separate and cozy. In addition, a large terrace with a view to the back and a small one with morning sun in front of the house. It is quiet and located on the edge of the forest. Hiking trails from your doorstep. Attractive excursion destinations in the vicinity.

We were very pleased! Would love to book the cabin again and again! Everything was clean and a tiled stove was also available for the scenic flair.
