This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

Our house in L'Épine (approximately 120 m2) can accommodate up to 7 people + 1 baby cot. This Noirmoutrine farmhouse, which was recently renovated in 2020, is very bright and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends. House in the heart of the village of L'Épine, less than a 5-minute walk from shops and services (bakery, restaurants, butcher, deli, caterer, supermarket, tobacco, press, bars, pharmacy, library). Ideally located in Préfailles between the port and Anse du Sud beach (300 m away). We have just renovated this house with a lot of heart (and time!) to make it a warm place and make you feel at home. there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and two dormitories sleeping up to 13 people. 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets and an outdoor bathroom. The environment is quiet, you can hear the sound of waves! Pleasant and shaded garden under a large pine tree.
