Welcome to the charming seaside resort of Préfailles. Enjoy the charm of our 8-bed house ideally located in the heart of the village. You can do anything on foot: -The center is a 5-min walk: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, newsstand, convenience store, cinema, cafes, restaurants, post office, tennis club, bike rental, "Grand Bazar" and market (Wednesday and Saturday). From the house, you can also reach Pornic by the coastal path on foot or by bike.

Duplex apartment located in the small chic seaside resort of Préfailles. The beach is only 100 meters from the accommodation. Shops and the market are at the door of the accommodation. A large swimming pool is available within this quiet and secure residence. You will have a private parking space. The two balconies of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the sun and eat on the terrace. Sea view from your bed! 160 x 200 bed and new quality bedding.

Ideally located in Préfailles between the port and Anse du Sud beach (300 m away). We have just renovated this house with a lot of heart (and time!) to make it a warm place and make you feel at home. there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and two dormitories sleeping up to 13 people. 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets and an outdoor bathroom. The environment is quiet, you can hear the sound of waves! Pleasant and shaded garden under a large pine tree.

Welcome to our fully renovated vacation home, ideal for hosting parents and children. We wanted it to be warm and functional for our family of 6 children. You will travel on foot (or by bike made available to you) to reach the family beach of "Port Meleu" (6-minute walk), shops (bakeries, supermarket, the legendary "Grand Bazar" and its individual candies), restaurants, library, cinema, tennis club...

My place is within a 5-minute walk of the city center and beaches. You will appreciate it because of the tranquility, the view, the volume and the clarity of the rooms. Designed to welcome us with our friends, their children and our children's friends, my accommodation is good for families (up to three couples and eight children or two couples and ten children).
