Come and stay at this fisherman's house 200m from the beach and 500m from shops! You can enjoy a sunny outdoor space or get in the shade of the pergola. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator , in a renovated building that directly overlooks the waterfront, with a magnificent view from the living room and balcony. In front of the building: no car, a coastal path for beautiful walks , or bikes. Shops are on foot. A closed garage is available. The amenities are of quality and plenty. The toilet is separate. An atypical side: The shower and vanity are in the bedroom.
