Monthly Rentals in Prospect

Lyle’s place was exactly what my brother and I needed for our quick trip to visit our mom from out of state. Everything was clean and Lyle checked in with me prior to our arrival and again once we were there to make sure we had everything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and we appreciated all the little extras… Soap and shampoo in the bathroom, popcorn in the kitchen, coffee, pods, etc. the directions to enter the house were perfect and the location was excellent for what we needed to visit family for the holidays. We can’t thank you enough and we would stay again next year.

We loved everything about our stay. We were visiting family for a not so fun reason, but Michele’s barn loft and all the animals made my kids (and myself) very happy! It had everything we needed and more. She has truly thought of everything and we’d be happy to stay again anytime we are in the area. Thank you!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing, and we throughly enjoyed every second we spent at the Urban Nest. It is by far our favorite property we have ever stayed at in PA. We absolutely loved everything about it, from the convenient location to the overall coziness of the property itself. I think the beautiful kitchen and incredible walk-in shower set-up with the lights and Bluetooth speaker were our favorite features. The location led to us discovering some of our new favorite shops in town that we had never even knew existed before! It also made for quick and easy to travel to both Pittsburgh and the outlets over in Grove City. Shelby was as good of a host as you are going to find, and as long as the Urban Nest is around, we hope it will be our permanent spot in Butler for all of our future trips to PA!
