New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large garden of the owners (charming couple). We reside in Santa Lucia Park, residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. There is no overlap. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palms, turtles, cats, shade, sun, pool ( to share)...
