Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

The place was very nice, spotless, and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was well-heated, making the stay comfortable. However, if you're visiting for the view, keep in mind that on foggy days visibility can be very limited. Also, driving at night requires extra caution as the road is not well-lit. The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, with each room getting a private one-hour slot per day, a great feature, although we wish the pool had better heating. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away, and the location isn't easily accessible by public transportation. It's a good option if you're seeking privacy and tranquility. Parking is available but is quite narrow and better suited for small cars. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth with clear instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return on a clear day.

Das Appartement ist einfach fantastisch, vor allem der Blick auf den See. Die Küche sowie das Badezimmer ist voll ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna ist super einfach zu nutzen – es gab klare Anweisungen auf Zetteln vor Ort, sodass man sich nicht erst durchfragen oder jemanden kontaktieren musste. Alles war selbsterklärend und unkompliziert, total angenehm, vor allem wenn man einfach seine Ruhe haben will. Genauso war es beim Check-in. Dieser erfolgte ebenfalls auf Anweisungen und man konnte sich quasi selbst einchecken. Die Organisation ist demnach super! Dankeschön für diesen schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Von uns gibt es 5/5 Sterne!!!

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Amazing flat and super friendly communication! Great for groups of friends who like to have a spectacular view, a nice terrace as well as great private jacuzzi/ sauna/ steam. Fully equipped, also the kitchen. Better to have a car in order to reach the place but it's worth it!

Mauro is a warm and friendly man and a great host. He took time to meet us and help with luggage which we appreciated very much. At the house he showed us about and made sure we were feeling at home before he left. The house and the views are incredible and we didn't want to leave. Mauro kindly helped us with our suitcases when we left as well. It felt like staying at the house of a friend and we enjoyed it very much.

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce bel appartement avec une belle vue sur la campagne lombarde. Belle terrasse. Grand jacuzzi privé. Place de parking. Bergame à 30mn,lac come 1h20. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lydia, l’appartement est bien fait, avec une petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin très agreable. Nous recommandons. Benjamin et Morgane

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Beautiful place! Gianna was also very kind and super helpful. the place is very clean, comfortable and quiet exactly what we needed to spend new years eve and relax for the holidays.

Se réveiller le matin avec une très belle vue sur le lac, rend le séjour très agréable et paisible. Logement très bien situé, en bas de l’immeuble se trouve l’arrêt du ferry qui mène au village Bellagio, a 7min de marche la gare de train qui mène au village Varenna et d’autres villes. Dommage qu’il n y a pas de wifi, et pour avoir un lit bébé/ chaise haute faut payer un supplément

We had a lovely couple of days at Stefano’s property. 15 min walk to the lake & restaurants, visited the Moto Guzzi museum and enjoyed the beautiful architecture of Mandello del Lario. Spacious and in a quiet street, everything we needed and Stefano was very helpful with any questions.

La maison est magnifique, très propre et fonctionnel. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés chez Laura, la vue nous a coupé le souffle. Nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à quitter l’appartement. L’accès à la villa n’est pas pratique mais la vue en vaut le détour ! Nous reviendrons!!

Absolutely stunning location, Andrea was a great host and very responsive. It’s a little walk from the parking space to the house so pack light! Or embrace the workout of transporting luggage as the location makes it worthwhile. The house was lovely, the bathroom is superb and the bed is comfortable. Watching the sunrise from the balcony with the view of the lake was a great way to start the day.

This is a great place to stay if you want to visit Lake Como and the beautiful towns around it. It's 10 minutes by car to Lecco, the main town in the area, which is beautiful, and less than 1h away from the main towns in Lake Como. It's in a peaceful and beautiful area with several hikes nearby. The views from the kitchen are breathtaking, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the host is extremely helpful and responsive.

We stayed 7 days in the Geranium Suite. The photos don’t do justice to the spectacular view. If you can climb the 79 stairs from the gate at the street to the room, do not hesitate to book this room immediately. Varenna is a charming town to visit and use as a base on Lake Como. The restaurant and activity recommendations made by Christian and MG were all fantastic. They were so helpful throughout our stay. There is not one negative comment to be made about the accommodations or the entire experience.

Views were amazing, the Airbnb has everything you need. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Check in and Checkout went smoothly. I‘m happy to come again :)

Christian’s place was fantastic! We love Gravedona and Lake Como. The view is amazing and the little patio and front garden were perfect for breakfast, wine in the afternoon or just relaxing. Easy drive to Switzerland and Italian Alps.

Not to be missed!! A great place to spend magical days at Lake Como. We found Varenna to be the pick of the villages and this apartment a great option. The apartment is bigger than expected, great bedroom with sizeable spa, the location was perfect...close to all main attractions and restaurants and a warm and welcoming host!! Stay here, it's money well spent!!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful apartment. It comes with everything you need to make a home away from home. The communication with the hosts is flawless and fast/ they leave a lot of information for you regarding the area and the various shops and restaurants you should know about. Detailed instructions make check in and check out a breeze. Comfy bed, great kitchen, fair price for such a nice area!

We LOVED Francesca's place--it is paradise. My son declared it's the nicest place he's ever stayed and called it the highlight of the week (even though he went skiing and to a football game that week!). Really beautiful, even nicer than the picture. Breathtaking view.

Unterkunft entsprach 1:1 der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Einfacher, flexibler Check-In über Schlüsselbox und super Betreuung vor Ort, als nach einem Sturm der Strom kurz ausfiel. Wir hatten eine mobile Induktionskochplatte dabei und konnten so trotz fehlender Küche einwandfrei kochen. Die Aussicht am Pool ist das Sahnehäubchen! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung
