The cottage is located in the reknowned "Val Graziosa" (Pretty Valley"), famous for its olive groves and production of exquisite olive oil. Once a watermill, the structure was recently converted into a stylish summer house and accommodates up to 6 people. The cottage unfolds between many levels as it conforms to the landscape. It is completed immersed in the nature, featuring views over the hills and the coast. Pisa, Lucca and Versilia are within very short distance, with Florence only 1hr away.

Upstairs: master bedroom with king bed and bathroom with shower. Guests have a space in the garden for outdoor dining. Possibility to use: pizza oven, barbecue, collect/cultivate the products of the garden.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.
