Once a watermill, the structure was recently converted into a stylish summer house and accommodates up to 6 people. The cottage unfolds between many levels as it conforms to the landscape. It is completed immersed in the nature, featuring views over the hills and the coast. Pisa, Lucca and Versilia are within very short distance, with Florence only 1hr away.

The private swimming pool (dogs not admitted here) is open 30th Apr / 20th Oct and shared with next door cottage (up to 14 pp). You will find: open space living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wc room, relax area, outdoor grill, big garden, private parking. Bikes, table tennis, wi-fi are available. 800 m away is a horse-riding school. Private road paved in 2023.

The newly renovated cottage is the second entrance to a typical Tuscan stone house. Ideal for a couple. Independent entrance into the living room with kitchen (complete with dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, and microwave), fireplace, and comfortable double sofa bed (Lyksele Lovas). Upstairs: master bedroom with king bed and bathroom with shower. Guests have a space in the garden for outdoor dining. Possibility to use: pizza oven, barbecue, collect/cultivate the products of the garden.

@collecottage is AirBnB as it was intended. Located near the village of Colle di Compito. The cottage is very private, protected from view by hedges. Conveniently located just 30 km from Pisa airport, the cottage makes a great home base for various day trips: 14.5 km to Lucca; 39 km to the beach of Viareggio; Florence or Volterra are an hour away. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage and the nearest train stations are Altopascio (12km), Lucca(15km) & Pontedera (16km).

This wonderful holiday apartment is situated in a magical location in touch with nature, near Pomaia (village at 600 Meters), a tiny medieval hilltop village at only 13 km from the Tuscan Tyrrhenian sea. Originally a flour mill, the building has been restored and converted into 3 comfortable independent apartments. Hot tub available in the shared garden. free of charge, shared (open from the middle of May to the end of September), as well as a large furnished veranda, to relax.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.
