The farmhouse, independent and with an area of 150 square meters with a garden of about 5000 square meters, is immersed in the green hills of Sabina. The location is quiet and panoramic, and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio and Umbria. There are two outdoor barbecues and two fireplaces inside the house. An orchard with about 50 fruit plants, where you can pick seasonal fruit. There is Wi-Fi and a heating system, 3 Smart TVs and a washing machine in the warehouse

La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
