Welcome to our vacation home 100 meters from the lake. The house offers two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed. The kitchen has an induction stove and washing machine. There are two smart TVs, WiFi and two air conditioners. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with a handle and a hand shower instead of a bidet. Outside you will find a shower, paved garden with umbrella, relaxation area and electric awning. Unattended private parking, in a quiet area.

The house is located on the southeast shore of Lake Piediluco and can be reached through a road immersed in the typical Mediterranean scrub. The park of the property sees the fusion of lawns in English and the Mediterranean forest. An imposing magnolia and an ancient Etruscan well decorate the garden's relaxation area, which also has a 5-seater outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake. exclusive lake access with hiking pedalos and grill barbecue.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

The lovely apartment Casa Parione is situated in the historical center of the Medieval town Bolsena. It has been beautifully restored and is composed of a bedroom, a light and spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Stunning views over rooftops and lake from the sunny terrace! 10 minutes walk to the lake!
