The location is central between the old and new town. The apartment is on the ground floor with sea views from the spacious terrace, in a quiet complex with well-maintained gardens and a swimming pool with children’s pool. Via a number of gentle stairs, you reach the boulevard and the beach directly.

Está a 2 minutos de las playas y de la avenida principal, donde hay un gran paseo peatonal y carril bicis. Hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas muy cercanos a menos de 1 minuto. Parada de autobus a 1 minuto y supermecados. En una segunda planta sin ascensor. Actualización de la ducha (más amplia y de mayor calidad) y del colchón.
