Lovely Apartment pool and beach

Nuevo apartamento en Puerto del Carmen, ubicado en un complejo muy tranquilo con piscina comunitaria con vistas al mar. Lo mejor de este apartamento es su terraza, dispone de cama redonda para tomar el sol, parrilla exterior para cocinar y una gran mesa para comer o trabajar con vistas al mar. En el interior dispone de salón con smart TV internacional, sofá muy confortable y una pequeña mesa de desayunos. La cocina está totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, frigorífico, sartenes y menaje.

Finished to the highest standard A2 enjoys a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. An island breakfast bar leads into a spacious lounge with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV, unlimited fibre broadband. Located 4 minutes from Bastián beach, around it has a bank, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Cosy and peaceful independent apartment, not part of a resort, well located in a residential part of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a 1 minute walk to the main avenue and the beach. You are staying in a quiet area surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. Restaurants, supermarket, shops and entertainment are located nearby. Small and bigger sand beaches are all within walking distance. Bus stops are around the corners as well.
