A truly fantastic and private 75 sqm apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a large, beautiful east-facing terrace with mountain views. The apartment is part of the private and quiet Demelza Beach complex in Playa del Cura with a total of 3 swimming pools, located just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Rico. Nearby, within walking distance, there are 3 beaches: Playa del Cura, Tauro and Amadores, Anfi Tauro Golf Course and a centre with a large supermarket and several good restaurants and bars.

Wifi en apartamento y zona común. Situación inmejorable, en lo alto de una pequeña colina que permite unas vistas al mar muy bonitas. Además se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila para poder disfrutar de la estancia en la Isla. El apartamento cuenta con un pequeño jardín con terraza. Igualmente en el complejo de la urbanización, se encuentra una piscina de uso común. Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, TV with Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. It has one of the best locations in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico
