Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. Both excursion destinations can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

Die Wohnung ist 63 qm groß und verfügt über zwei Schlafimmer ( Betten 160 x 200 und 140 x 200 ) Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet; Bad und WC sind getrennt. Neben dem schönen sonnigen Balkon habt Ihr ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein fester Stellplatz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch für Euren Aufenthalt bereitgestellt.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
