It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

Next to the kitchen there's a smaller bathroom with shower. We provide you free private parking in the yard below of the house. House is situated in quiet neighborhood. Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

The studio is a separate facility in the yard of the family house. Located in the shade, quiet and comfortable corner. The studio has a French bed and a single bed, TV, wardrobe, kitchen, toilet with shower, table and 4 chairs, air conditioning. In front of the studio on the outside table and two chairs. A 5-minute walk from the center and 200m from the sea. A guest gets a parking ticket.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
