The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Exclusive loft in Alf by the Mosel. A newly RESTORED vacation home FROM THE 16TH century. The former wine press house is located in Alf and is only about 100 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to relax. The loft has a living area of approx. 58 m 2. IT IS SUITABLE for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping places: 1 double bed (1.8), 1 bunk bed 1.4 m wide (head height approx. 1.3 m)

The cosily decorated house offers all kinds of opportunities for a great holiday on the Moselle – just as you like it, because everything is there. A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-diner and a bathroom (renovated in 2026), and a small, narrow staircase leads to the balcony, a living room and a bedroom. There is also a desk for working.

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the cellar, there is a wine fridge stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cosy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
