A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

The house is around 45 m ² and has a living/dining room and a sleeping area, which is visually delimited by a wall. The living area merges with a sliding glass door into an east-facing terrace with garden views.
