Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, separater Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alles ist modern eingerichtet und daher nur an Personen zu vermieten, die sehr sorgsam mit den Sachen umgehen. Keine Partys, Junggesellenabschiede oder junge Gruppen.

Nice neighborhood and supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a little square for the kids to play are just 200 metres far away, which u can see through the big window in the living room. 8 minutes walk u will arrive s bahn 6, station baldham, and S6 will take u directly to the city centre of Munich. if u drive by car, u can park on the street, which is free. welcome to my little nice apartment. I will always there for u when u check in.

I use this flat personally to commute. It is set out to live and work when in the greater Munich area. It has a nice and pleasant outdoor sitting area. Great light disposition. Across the street is a supermarket for all your needs. You can easily walk (10 min) to the center of Haar (Leibstrasse) where you find further shops of all needs. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.

Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.
