Our flat is situated approximatly 5 minutes by walk from the first level of Prorel chairlift ( open during winter and summer) and around 5 minutes by car of Briançon (unesco's mondial patrimoine town) the chalet surplombing it and the view is amazing. The flat is ideally situated bat the cross of 5 valleys, all différents and perfect for walkings, biking.. In Briançon You Will find all shops You need as well as swinming pool, ice skating, cinéma....

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Cosy studio that can accommodate up to 5 people, just a few minutes from Briançon (parking + garden + bike storage). Fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, bunk beds (sleeps 3), shower room, separate toilet. Bus 3 min to the city centre, shops 2 min by car. Bed linen and towels provided. Discreet but available if needed, we are very responsive. To limit any risk of allergies, hygiene, etc., our four-legged friends are not allowed🙏

The quiet house

The house is very nice because it is located on a plot of land with trees and not overlooked. It also has a terrace, garden and offers a lovely view of the mountains surrounding Briançon. It is organized on two floors: on the first floor (balcony level): a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, on the second: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, we also rent another apartment on the same Airbnb platform.

Skiing, hiking, biking, pool and happiness

Welcome to Serre Chevaler winter sports resort, and sports at all. In spring, summer and autumn, there is only more activities. In winter skiing, cross country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, ice waterfall, sled dogs must be able to satisfy you. We are located 500m from the Vauban track of the Serre Chevalier estate. Hiking departures are from the house like those by bike to do izoard, galibier, lautaret, granon.
