Refurbished studio right by the slopes, with a magnificent view (top floor, so very quiet). Free parking outside the building. With a ski rack for direct access to the slopes! All the resort's amenities are right on the doorstep of the apartment: mini-supermarket, bakery, restaurants/bars, shops, cinema, bowling alley, ice rink, climbing wall, launderette, tourist information office, bus. The studio is a 30-minute drive from Briançon, a 50-minute drive from the Italian border, and a 1-hour 45-minute drive from the city of Turin.

This unique accommodation is located on the top floor of the Cortina 2 residence at the foot of the slopes, the ski room opens directly onto the slopes, its height and its configuration as a dual-aspect apartment, there is a breathtaking view of the slopes on the loggia side as well as the Vallouise valley from the bedroom. with an area of 40 m² comprising a living room with kitchen area, sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a mountain area with bunk beds, a loggia.

Completely renovated and with an area of 60 m², it can accommodate 6 to 8 people, is very quiet and gives access to the slopes 50 m away, hiking trails for skis, walking and snowshoeing. In summer, direct departure to superb hikes. Beautiful views of the Écrins massif, the summit of Pelvoux, the Glacier Blanc and the Vallouise valley. Indoor swimming pool, covered parking, private and free, shuttle.
