Studio 1600, at the foot of the slopes with a beautiful view

Refurbished studio right by the slopes, with a magnificent view (top floor, so very quiet). Free parking outside the building. With a ski rack for direct access to the slopes! All the resort's amenities are right on the doorstep of the apartment: mini-supermarket, bakery, restaurants/bars, shops, cinema, bowling alley, ice rink, climbing wall, launderette, tourist information office, bus. The studio is a 30-minute drive from Briançon, a 50-minute drive from the Italian border, and a 1-hour 45-minute drive from the city of Turin.

The living area features a cozy sofa facing a large window with mountain views. A round mirror and wall lamps complement the wood-paneled walls. A dining table with chairs is positioned beside the window, creating a bright space for meals.

Beautiful apartment for 6 people (40 m²), in the heart of the 1800 resort, with a balcony overlooking the Écrins massif: ideal for families or groups of friends! Located at the foot of the slopes, it allows you to enjoy an alpine and Nordic ski area, discover the region by hiking, via ferrata, paragliding, mountain biking, climbing... Quiet, close to the center of the village and accessible (elevator), this spacious accommodation has 2 bedrooms, plenty of storage and a pleasant living room.

A cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a floral duvet cover. Two bedside tables hold lamps for gentle illumination. Natural light streams through the window adorned with light, patterned curtains, providing a view of the snowy mountains. Wooden flooring adds warmth to the space.

Close to the start of snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, summer and winter tobogganing and the Bike Park.

Completely renovated and with an area of 60 m², it can accommodate 6 to 8 people, is very quiet and gives access to the slopes 50 m away, hiking trails for skis, walking and snowshoeing. In summer, direct departure to superb hikes. Beautiful views of the Écrins massif, the summit of Pelvoux, the Glacier Blanc and the Vallouise valley. Indoor swimming pool, covered parking, private and free, shuttle.

Beautiful 3-room apartment

Beautiful 35m2 3-bedroom apartment!Fully equipped by us. We offer our small, cosy and warm haven for rent. The reception will be through the Casa del Lecca concierge who offers services (sheets, etc.) The photos speak for themselves. For more details, don't hesitate to contact me. Access to the ski slopes is via the exit of the building and a path that leads directly to the ski slope. The residence is secure and has a laundry. The We'll have to do the cleaning.
