Beachfront holiday rentals in Quartiere San Lorenzo, Rome

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

We felt right at home! The apartment is very clean, bright, has a cute design, and is comfortable. We loved the upstairs terrace and the apartment’s proximity to the beach. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. We are looking forward to our return!

Excellent alternative to rest before flying, Manuel and Francesca's house was ideal for us, a comfortable place with everything to have a good time. They were very friendly, they were attentive to what we could need. We recommend it without hesitation!

Francesca's apartment is in a great location. The balcony is amazing, you can look at the sea. The apartment was very clean and the communication with Francesca went smoothly. Thank you, we had a nice time.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

Great experience, well located apartment, close to the sea and all the essential amenities. Well-equipped house, the only flaw is the absence of curtains on the windows and mosquito nets. Host available.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!
