Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Quartu Sant'Elena

L'alloggio di Matteo è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ed è dotato di tutti i comfort: consigliato per chi cerca un po' di tranquillità ma ad una manciata di minuti di auto da spiagge e ristoranti. Raggiungibili invece a piedi bar e alimentari. Matteo è stato un host fantastico: sempre reattivo e molto ospitale, ci ha fatto sentire a casa!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

The view is worth the stay! Amazing!! The house is nestled on top of the town as the last house so it’s peaceful and serene. It’s an easy walk to the beach, uphill back to the house but also not hard even with kids. The house has gorgeous sea view and Mountain View. The house had beach toys, necessities for cooking and overall comfy. I would recommend for an escape

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille dans cet hébergement. Le lieu est parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme à la maison avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Leur chambre était top et la caisse de jeux proposée par les hôtes super. La cuisine est bien fournie et très pratique. La salle de bain également. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié tout le petit matériel à disposition (vaisselle, sacs pour les achats, ...). L'extérieur est très agréable, nous avons trouvé le quartier très calme. Et que dire des levers de soleil admirables depuis la terrasse ou le salon. Nos hôtes ont été parfaits. La communication est très facile et l'accueil très chaleureux. Nous souhaitons juste ajouter le fait que des chats sont présents autour de la maison et qu'ils s'y plaisent. Nous les avons appréciés et dorlotés, mais il faut juste le savoir, dans le cas où vous seriez intolérants ou allérgiques aux chats. Un super séjour. Nous recommandons vivement.

La casa di Marcello ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza in relax e di godere della bellezza delle spiagge vicinissime sia a piedi che in auto. La casa è funzionale, pulita e il doppio servizi è molto comodo per le famiglie. A pochi passi si trovano ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, farmacia, ecc. I consigli di Marcello sono stati di grande aiuto.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile. Ordine e pulizia erano eccellenti e l'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

On se sent très bien chez Fabrizio et Claudia, comme chez nous. Fabrizio nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre arrivée se passe bien. En arrivant nous avons trouvé de la nourriture et des boissons en cadeau d'accueil, c'est adorable, merci ! Ensuite, la maison était vraiment propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin : serviettes, gel douche, essuie-tout, sel, poivre, café, liquide-vaisselle, parasol, séchoir, pinces à linge... La salle de bain à l'intérieur est petite, c'est vrai, mais celle sur la terrasse est couverte et plus spacieuse. La vue sur les collines est aussi très jolie. La pizzeria Miticus à proximité est excellente (nous n'avons pas testé les autres) et le personnel très aimable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Solanas. Merci beaucoup également pour votre disponibilité !

Der Vermieter hat uns direkt in der Wohnung erwartet und zeigte alles, was es zu wissen gab. Er hat Wasser für uns bereitgestellt. Den Abfall haben wir (bis auf Plastik) selbst entsorgt, obwohl er uns angeboten hat, dies für uns zu erledigen. Sehr freundlicher Service und sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Excellent apartment! Everything you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent upper terrace with grill. Moreover, the apartment has another one, on the ground floor. You can eat or just have a great time on any of them. Stefano's hospitality is at the highest level. He prepared charcoal for the grill, as well as other pleasant surprises, which we are very grateful to him. He also provided recommendations for restaurants, as well as attractions, and if any questions arise, he is always in touch. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We went to the sea by car, but if you prefer walking, there is a pedestrian path directly to the beach. 10/10

Tutto ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, dall'alloggio alla qualità e bellezza dei servizi dell'area di costa Rey. Paolo ci ha messo del suo con una gentilezza e disponibilità assolute nel dispensare consigli culinari ed extraculinari. Sicuramente il nostro è un arrivederci e a presto!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Massimo's Appartment! Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren sehr einfach und freundlich. Das Airbnb ist sauber, toll eingerichtet und überzeugt mit einem gemütlichen Außenbereich inkl. Meerblick. Innerhalb von 15 - 30 min. erreicht man schöne Strände und kleine Buchten, die im Oktober sehr leer sind. Auto ist aber ein Muss. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung, in der Küche könnten ein paar mehr Utensilien sein. Ein Ofen wäre für längere Aufenthalte praktisch, es geht aber auch ohne. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Airbnb zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Fulvia e Danilo ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia. L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto e con spazi pensati al millimetro proprio per essere funzionali. La vera chicca della casa è però lo spazio esterno con un giardino stupendo a nostra disposizione. La zona è tattica in quanto è logisticamente vicina alle principali spiagge della zona sud est della Sardegna fino a quella più lontana di Costa Rei che con la nuova variante è raggiungibile in 40 min circa. La vicinanza da Cagliari infine non è da sottovalutare, sia per la miriade di servizi che una città offre in caso di bisogno, sia per variare un po' la vacanza senza "dover" (con molte virgolette) andare per forza in spiaggia.

Comfortable apartment on first floor, exactly as described, in a quiet residential area, approximately 1 km from the nearest beach, and 1 km to Villasimius, the nearest town. The wrap around balcony on 3 sides is what makes it and we spent most of our time at the apartment outside. Enrico from Andhaus was very helpful, coping with our later than expected arrival, and also lending us his beach umbrella. The nearest beach is Simius beach, and we went there quite often. We also drove along the coast roads a few times exploring. The views of the mountains and beaches are wonderful. We hired a car from Cagliari airport, which is approximately 1 and a half hours away. Roads in towns and residential areas are quite narrow, so a smaller car is probably a good idea.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Carla und Nazario verbracht. Carla und Nazario wären immer äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, mit einem sehr einladenden Ambiente. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der kilometerlangen Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten (wenn man den optimalen Weg gefunden hat) zu Fuss erreichbar. Zusammenfassend kann ich die Ferienwohnung an der Costa Rei nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für alle, die Sonne, Meer und italienische Lebensfreude geniessen möchten.
