The apartment is great. The old town is very colorful and beautiful. A stone's throw from the main square of the old town, but just off the main street, no noise. The apartment is perfectly clean, as if only after the renovation. There is everything you need. New towels and linens. Lots of antique furniture and crockery. Carlo is responsive and attentive. Terracina is a wonderful city, beautiful beaches, not too many tourists. Recommended!

Completely new apartment with furniture. Everything very modern. From the location you definitely need a car, as it is a little outside of Sabaudia. Overall, however, it has a good location to do a lot (the beach, day trip to Rome or even closer cities such as Terracina, Sperlonga or Gaeta). We felt very comfortable with Rino for a week.

We had an excellent day and night in this apartment. The view is incredible. A lot of things in the kitchen for cooking. You don’t want to get out from this house maybe we would have appreciate a bottle of milk or something for breakfast. Could be an extra point. The bed was ok but not crazy. The rest perfect
