Your home away from home is a two level unit in an incredible vintage Queen Anne landmark home. Your apartment has been beautifully furnished, luxury beds with feather toppers, view decks, and all the details you need to make your stay perfect. Our apartment has two official bedroom (walls not shared) with one queen bed and one king. An additional sleeping nook has two twin beds perfect for kids or additional guests. We have plenty of free on street parking as well as two driveway spaces that you may use anytime they are free. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. You will find all the condiments and extras on hand necessary, including coffee and creamer (priority uno). We will do our very best to make your stay enjoyable at a price that makes it affordable to visit Seattle again in the future. Many of you like the ability to check in early, which is possible when the guests prior text me to say they have vacated (often guests leave before the 11AM check out time which allows me to get a early start on the cleaning). Guest will have access to our parking/driveway, view decks, and all the advice a person could want about Seattle eating and drinking! We use a keyless entry system to make things super easy on in and out. It's your trip, just pay your money and take good care of the apartment and the rest is up to you. I am here if you need me via text, however, I'm often times not on site. This well-located home is only two blocks away from the famous 'Frasier' view. The top of Queen Anne is an historic and very walkable area, with great vistas. There are also plentiful bars, cafes, bookstores, salons, tea shops, and eateries. We are a three story victorian with a massively overgrown hedge on the Galer side and a driveway on the very wide 5th West side of the street. There are two driveway spots and street parking. Please use anything that is available. Transportation: If you aren’t planning on renting a car (not necessary in my mind) we have some great options. Airport/Car Service: ABC Transport (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) This car service is the most reliable, safest, most affordable way to get to the airport. Steve will answer a call 24/7 and could not be nicer. The airport is a flat $35 (tip not included) to and from Seatac. The cars are huge old town cars and very safe drivers. They are absolutely always on time both coming and going, and the extra trunk space for suit cases is great. It is CHEAPER to use this service than to take a cab and they know my location. I know that some of you are taking side trips once you arrive. ABC does transportation to many places so it is worth a call to see talk over your plans. Around Seattle: UBER CAR SERVICE The Uber app connects you to a driver at the tap of a button. Once the app is installed on your phone you can pull up a map to see the cars in your area. When you install the app you will put in your payment information. Once ready for a car simply pull up the app, drop a pin at your location, and wait for a car in the area to confirm they will pick you up. You will get a text message with your drivers name and photo as well as an estimated time to pick up. You can watch the car on the map make their way over to you. It’s very slick! You can choose between the fancy new town car or SUV (fun for weddings or special events), Hybrid Vehicle (unmarked but manned by a taxi driver), or lastly a citizen’s car (marked by a furry pink mustache). The citizen car is the cheapest route, but don’t worry….the driver and the cars have been vetted with background checks on both the driver and the car (which must be 5 years young or less, clean, and safe). There is no exchange of cash or tipping since that’s all included in your prior setup of the account. I’ve found it to be very affordable depending on which car level you choose - and so dang simple anyone can use it! I’m unaware of the car seat installation policy if you have young ones, however, I recommend this service and use it personally several times a month. DO NOT take Uber to the airport as will cost you a fortune. BUS: There is a bus stop right in front of our home that will take you directly downtown. If you want to find a specific destination Metro has a trip planner that can be helpful for busing to any location in Seattle. WALKING: Seattle is a great city for walking. The walk downtown is easy going down (we are at the tipity top of Queen Anne Hill about 2 blocks from the famous Fraiser skyline view) but the walk back can be a thigh burner. On top of Queen Anne we do have multiple great dining options as well as a Trader Joes (best grocery store ever and so cheap) just just a few blocks away, parks, pools, cafes, nail shops, and bars Please be light footed early in the morning and late at night as to not disturb the family that resides below. Old houses are notoriously loud and delicate! We will do our very best to make your stay enjoyable at a price that makes it affordable to visit Seattle again in the future. The area is quite walkable and one can find great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores a few steps away. Enjoy views of the Puget Sounds from nearby Kerry Park. You can walk to restaurants, shops and services in Queen Anne. If you want to explore other areas, you can ride a bus downtown (bus stop is a block away), drive a Zip car (multiple locations on Queen Anne hill) or take Uber. Impeccable, newly renovated space nestled among giant trees. Complete with hardwood floors, skylights and cathedral ceilings. You'll wake up each morning in the loft with views of the Olympic Mountains. The outdoor deck overlooks a yard with huge redwoods and a water feature. This one bedroom loft is a fully detached independent ADU on the property behind our home. We live on the main property and are generally nearby if needed; however, the loft is designed with respect for your privacy.

This cozy studio in the heart of Upper Queen Anne is located close to all the must-see places and activities in the Seattle area. The neighborhood is very walkable and the studio has an abundance of day light. Trader Joe's, Safeway, and many restaurants are within a five minute walk. One of the most breathtaking views of Seattle, Kerry Park, is a 10 minute walk. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces.

Stay in one of Seattle premier old neighborhoods, just 2 miles from the Space Needle and 3.5 from Pike Place Market. Enter this lovely 1903 American four square home from the front door. Head upstairs to your private area. Fully renovated, 2 bedrooms, bath and a sitting room complete with a well stocked coffee bar. While there is no kitchen, you do have a big fridge and microwave. Host does live on the main floor but uses a separate entrance so no shared spaces.
