It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.

Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.
