Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

This unoverlooked rental has a south-facing courtyard. Wooden townhouse Type T2 single storey. Beautiful flower garden surrounded by stone walls. Protected fish pool. All the rooms, very bright, overlook the garden. Quiet, not overlooked. Very close to the city centre and the historic centre of Dinan. Ideal location to get out of Dinan and visit the surroundings without having to drive through the city centre (very congested at times). Ideal house for a stay combining sightseeing and rest.
