This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Churchill SQ Stunner. Close to everything!

I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
