This gîte has a gorgeous private garden with views of the distant Pyrénées. This stunning glass fronted gîte comes with it's own terrace where you can soak up the sun. It has a summer kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you'll find an open-planned space equipped with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two double bedrooms - one separate with views of the garden and countryside, the other on a mezzanine level, please note that there is a low beam in this area.

Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

It is only 1.5 km from the village (market, restaurant). Very good Wi-Fi connection. You can immediately set off on the many hiking trails. In the surrounding area, 3 lakes for swimming and the gorges of the Aude (canoe, kayak, raft). Bars, restaurants, supermarket 8 km away.

3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Charming accommodation in an authentically restored home, located in one of the most beautiful mountain villages in France. Evon is located at an altitude of 800 meters and enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. From Evol, there are many walks to take, discover hot springs or the breathtaking Gorges de la Caransa are all nearby, the Medieval Ville Franche de Conflent with its cozy boutiques and restaurants is also a 15-minute drive from Evol.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
