Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The special thing about the apartment is that it is very quiet on the edge of the village. Due to the unique location, you have a great view of Lake Constance, the Alps and the Hegau, as well as the Radolfzell Minster from the large roof terrace. The lake shore can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot, as well as the train station that takes you to nearby Konstanz as well as to Radolfzell or Singen. Whether it's an active or relaxing vacation, you have everything at your doorstep.

The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Our 3-room apartment with 71 m² is only a 10-minute walk from Radolfzell train station and the picturesque old town. The supermarket with butcher and bakery is a 2-minute walk. Parking spaces are available at the house. Storage for bicycles is also available. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. An additional extra bed offers a fifth person a sleeping option.
