On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

In summer, the bathing beach on the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the option of lingering at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby towns of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.
