Private Heated saltwater pool. A tiki hot tub to die for, modern spacious home. We have bedrooms themed after the town squares! Walk to the Lopez course/restaurant. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages. Outdoor seating, pool is screened in. Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean with little luxuries that will surprise you. We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Great getaway for a single, couple, or a family. Only an hour from the Disney Parks! By golf cart, you are only minutes from pools, rec. centers, golf courses and many dining options as well as the grocery store. The home includes a nice outdoor seating area. The "squares" provide FREE nightly entertainment. I offer a golf cart for getting around in The Villages. This get-away home is perfect for people looking to relax OR never be bored! Lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bath patio villa in the Village, FL (Buttonwood Community). Sleeps 4 comfortably! (2 beds). Home is close to 3 main executive golf courses: Tarpon Boil, Redfish Run, Bonita Pass. As well as close to the Fish Hawk Rec Center and Buttonwood pool. Not to mention that Sumter Landing is just down the road! Families are welcome, but a crib/pack and play is not provided at this time so please bring your own. INCLUDES A 4 SEAT GOLF CART!
