The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to the grocery store. There are also public transport options nearby.
