A wonderful lakefront house with well equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places calling for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the oven, on the windowseat in front of the panoramic window on the first floor or in the sun lounger on the roof terrace: the lake glows through the trees everywhere. The swimming spot is in front of the door, the forest too. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Sleeps up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. Please check "Other Details To Note". €10 pet fee per dog per visit. Unsterilised female dogs in season not allowed.

We offer you a holiday home with 3 double bedrooms (1 per SZ with shutters), 1 SZ with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, sauna, sandbox, terrace, roof terrace, electric charging station and a wheelchair accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.
