Let your soul wander on walks along the Peene River. At the harbour, 5 minutes' walk away, you can go fishing or go on a boat trip, where you can also feast to your heart's content. In two fish restaurants, you can enjoy local fish specialties, fresh on the table or cover yourself with all kinds of fresh and salt water from the in-house smokehouse. From here you can easily explore the inspiring side of the island of Usedom by bike on the Feininger Radweg. Here you will find small beaches along the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, far from the wild hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. For cyclists, anglers and water sports enthusiasts, the sunniest island is an unforgettable experience. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
