Very nice, fully air-conditioned villa of 180 m2 on a plot of 300 m2 with private swimming pool. Master bedroom 34 m2 with bathroom of 13 m2 and dressing room 12 m2, very quiet. Car and motorcycle rental 2 minutes away. Laundry 2 minutes away. High-speed Internet (fiber) and Wi-Fi. Samsung Smart TV. Alarm and safe. Swimming pool maintained 3 times a week (offered). Electricity is charged (meter reading on arrival). Water: 400 Bts/stay, Security deposit on arrival 10,000 Thai baths.
