A central location near the motorway connects quickly with Munich, Regensburg, Landshut, Ingolstadt and Munich Airport. The Tegernbach Golf Club is only a few minutes away by car. For nature lovers, there are wonderful hiking trails right outside the front door through the typical hop culture landscape and the adjacent forest.

Vintage type apartment central and close to lakes.

Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Einkaufstmöglichkeiten für nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Seen und sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit Fahrrad oder mir ein Paar Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Bahnhof ist nur 8min zu Fuss. Murner See, Steinberger See und noch andere 6 Seen sind nur zwischen 4 bis 7km entfernt. Ich hoffe Sie werden sich und Ihre Kinder wohl fühlen in diese Ferienwohnung. Ein Kinderhaus ist vorhanden.

81 sqm apartment on the upper floor, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (box spring bed 1.80 m, single bed 90 cm), additionally a sofa bed in the playroom. Occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children would be perfect. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. Kitchen is fully equipped, as well as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Senseo, toaster are available. High chair, junior chair and baby bed available. There are many toys and books available.

Refuel up in the home of serenity! Enjoy the special ambience of this historic house from 1753 in the heart of the Altmühl Valley. With a lot of love this sensitive and homely atmosphere was created in the "Mein-Herzenshaus“. The creative host and Tom Palme, known from KiKA (ZDF), had the idea. Each of the three apartments has a theme and pictures were painted by the artist Shola Feldkamp and adapted to the puristic and high-quality furnishings of the apartments.
