Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

It is located on the Danube Cycle Trail, right at the bus stop "Baseball Stadium" of bus line 5, which runs directly to the city center/main train station every 10 minutes. Free parking and a charging station are available in front of the door. It is quiet and ideal for a family or two couples. It consists of: two bedrooms, a kitchen area with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a living area and a bathroom. We offer a multilingual check-in service.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment).
