The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Münchshofen is a district of Teublitz, a town in the district of Schwandorf in Bavaria, Germany. The surroundings of Münchshofen are characterized by typical Bavarian landscape, with rolling hills, forests and agricultural areas. Nearby flows the Naab, a picturesque river that winds through the region. The area around Münchshofen also offers many hiking trails and nature trails for outdoor activities.

Your time off: short trip to the countryside, weekend house

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Wi-Fi is of course also available free of charge!

Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. The area invites you to hiking or cycling trips, excursions, to the Bavarian Forest or even to Regensburg. So, let yourself be surprised. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Vacation home in Langenkreith

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Vacation home at Donauspitz (Kelheim)

The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

Lovingly renovated country house

The house has been converted into a vacation home and also a seminar house for yoga and similar events. It is quiet and tranquil to live indoors and outdoors. The rural surroundings invite you to walk, hike, bike, and go on excursions. Since December 2022, it has been possible to use a separate outdoor sauna for a fee, on request.
