The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

A kitchen, WC/shower, mezzanine, balcony, garden and parking spaces are available. At the weekend, the property is rented out as an entire accommodation. During the week, the kitchen and the WC/shower are shared with the adjoining office from approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days.
