The time-out rooms (two persons) are located in the middle of the countryside, just outside the village of Zell. Enjoy pure relaxation with unobstructed panoramic views (two neighbors). From the apartment you have a clear view of our alpaca enclosure. There is a sheltered outdoor seating area directly in front of the apartment. Cycling and hiking trails are available.

We rent a cottage of about 60 square meters with two floors. We can accommodate a maximum of three adults, or a couple and two children and a baby. The entrance area is separate from the main house. On the ground floor there is a small wardrobe, a guest toilet as well as the living area with dining area and kitchen area and access to the approx. 7 sqm terrace.
