Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Schmieder clinics 5 min walk, Konstanz by train 15 min. 35 m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, capsule machine from DeLonghi, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. Vacation apartment Maja 55 m² with balcony 10 m²

Cozy 1-room apartment with about 54 m², with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking space are provided. The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Lake-side apartment on Lake Constance

The town of Allensbach is located in a vacation region with a variety of cultural events and sports opportunities. The apartment is located in a 30 zone with playground and turning circle at the end of the street. It is only a 5-minute walk from Allensbach beach and 10 minutes from the town center and train station. Allensbach has excellent local transport connections via the regional "Seehas" train and the supra-regional Black Forest Railway.

Rustic and modern meet in this apartment. Old walls were deliberately preserved and supplemented with new ones. The apartment offers space for 2 - 3 people and can be combined with the neighboring apartment 4. There is a lockable bicycle port, towels and linens are provided, as well as the most important kitchen utensils and appliances such as toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle. There is an infrared sauna in the bedroom.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

The Paul apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the Münsterblick house. It consists of a large open kitchen, a bedroom on the second floor, a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a roof bedroom with a convertible window, similar to a balcony. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an induction stove, oven and dishwasher.
