You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

At the edge of the village of Grassau in the district of Reifing, just a few kilometres south of Lake Chiemsee, you will find the cosily furnished holiday apartment in Haus Schild. The 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house on the outskirts and features a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), as well as a bathroom. It offers space for up to 3 people.

Open, welcoming & visually separated. The large light-filled living and sleeping area invites you to. In the living area there are two couches which can be converted into a sofa bed at any time. Thus, there are FOUR sleeping places available. The large balcony with loungers and umbrella offers a magnificent alpine panorama over the rooftops from Grassau to the Hochplatte.
