South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

The living room has a pull-out sofa (150cm wide) which sleeps 1-2, a 55" UHD TV, a table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Children don't pay extra guest fee

Das Studio misst knapp 20 m2, verfügt über ein grosses Doppelbett, eine Sitzecke mit Sofa und eine Theke. Ebenfalls hat es eine Nasszone mit eigener Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, aber es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.
