Newly built, accessible holiday home measuring 60 m² with a large kitchen-diner, terrace, bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The single-storey house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for senior citizens, guests with a walker or people with reduced mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park opposite and a basketball court nearby. A quiet location, a cosy atmosphere and plenty of comfort to make you feel at ease. The outdoor area is still being completed.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

Our apartment in Calden-Fürstenwald offers accommodation for 2-4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a large balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Füwa has an NVV connection towards Kassel. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Füwa and its beautiful nature invite you to cycle and hike. But not only for active vacationers, there is also a lot on offer culturally in the surrounding area. We look forward to seeing you soon.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
