The large kitchen is equipped with a Swedish stove. The farmhouse parlor is another cozy room that is equipped with a tiled stove. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds. For your personal wellness, we offer 2 bathrooms with infrared cabin. Here you can relax and regenerate your muscles after an active day in the mountains. In addition, 2 toilets are at your disposal.

Our central location is popular for exploring all Directions Tyrol (Innsbruck, Kitzb?hel, Achensee, Zillertal) Kramsach, also called: "The warmest bathtub in Tyrol". A new built 33m2 apartment with lake views and easy access to village, lake, ski lifts, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails. You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest city in Austria (about 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities. With me, you get the Alpbachtal Card, which you can use to ride the gondola on the mountain for free in Alpbach in the summer.
