Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City and Bonn main station. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The beautiful new apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and parking space are available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Linen and towels are provided.
