Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Essbereich für bis zu 6 Personen, Sitzbereich mit Schlaf-Sofa und großem Smart-TV mit Streaming-Optionen. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle. Badezimmer mit Regen-Dusche und Waschmaschine.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Only a 15-minute walk to the train station with connection to the Interregio. Shopping can be reached in 5 minutes by car Miniature golf course, jumping park, outdoor swimming pool, cultural hall and the Roman Museum can be reached in about 5 minutes by car

It is part of a listed building that has existed since the 17th century. You will sleep where stablehands and coachmen stayed over 200 years ago. It has been lovingly renovated. Discover the original charm of the sandstone wall and wooden beams, combined with the aesthetics of a bright loft with an open-plan concept.

Very nice, bright apartment (76 square meters) in a separate annex. Bedroom (double bed), living room with sofa bed (1.2 x 2.0 m), kitchen (fully equipped), guest toilet, storage room, two small balconies, entrance area with wardrobe, underfloor heating. Parking in front of the house. The apartment is centrally located in Königsbach. A bakery (with cafe) is 30 meters away. The train station can be reached within a five-minute walk.

One-room house in a disused quarry

The small, light-flooded one-room house (22 square meters, 4 meters high) is located in a disused quarry on the edge of the forest. Here you can let your thoughts run wild with views of nature and unique sculptures. It has a sleeping loft (1.40 m bed), a small breakfast kitchen, shower area with toilet and everything that goes with relaxing in seclusion.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Gegend, ideal für aktive Freizeitgestaltung (Wandern, Biken, Golfen 1km entfernt uvm). Der Europapark, Holidaypark, Tripsdrill, das Wellnesssbad Miramar in Weinheim, Heidelberg, Freiburg oder Strassburg sind in 1h erreichbar Karlsruhe ist 5km entfernt und mit dem Bus (alle 20min) leicht zu erreichen.
