Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment is enthroned over the rooftops of the historic Westenvorstadt. In front of the historic Jurahaus, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout romp in the fresh spring water.
