A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. This exclusive apartment is furnished in a modern Alpine style. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a living-dining area. High ceilings, wellness bath with private sauna. NO pets allowed. No additional costs: Bed linen, towels and a bathrobe are included for use during your stay.

Haus Amann offers apartments with a balcony, private bathroom, kitchen, dining area, seating area and satellite TV. The property enjoys peaceful surroundings and is just a 3-minute from the Sonnenalmbahn Ski Lift. The Zugspitzbahn cable car station is a 20-minute drive away, and the castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The highline179 Pedestrian Suspension Bridge is a 10 minute drive away. You reach Innsbruck after 1 hour drive and the Swarovski museum

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

Authentic wooden house

The house was built in 1928 by my great-grandparents. As a professor at the Academy of Arts, he went to the house with students to devote himself intensively to art. Much of the furniture dates from this period and reflects authenticity. It is a wonderful hut with a lot of atmosphere and not a modern chalet. The house is made entirely of wood. There you can experience the feeling of "back to the roots" to the fullest and come to peace.
