There are 5 separate, lockable rooms for a total of 10 guests, 4 bathrooms with toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room overlooking the mountains as well as a large terrace. There is a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a 160 cm wide bed, 6 single beds. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided. A large parking lot is in front of the house. There is NO TV and NO living room. There are board games. In the hallway there is a space with the washing machine, which is also used by us.

The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
