Hiking trails start right in the village. The relatively inexpensive ski resorts (Hochötz & Kühtai together in a ski pass), a spa, the Area47 and many summer excursion destinations are very close. A ski bus stops next to the house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a balcony & terrace. For dinner, you can sit comfortably on the sun terrace or by the wood stove.

Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. In summer, the Oetztal Summercard is included, with which almost all attractions in the valley are free. For our little guests, a crib and high chair are available on request! There is a barbecue area, slide and swing in the garden.

The house has a unique location as it is located at 1500 m directly on the edge of the forest. It is wonderfully quiet and in a secluded location, so you have a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is only suitable for 1-2 people who like it simple, travel a lot and are looking for a cheap place to stay.
